Kaizen & Lean //   back :: next

Lean Production, as its name suggests, is a manufacturing system where the “The 8 Deadly Kinds of Waste” have been reduced to a bare minimum. To reach this position, it is necessary to use the tools available from Kaizen to build up from the foundation, 5S, up to Kanban. Of course, this journey is never-ending.
