Who is using Six Sigma?
Already firmly established in the USA, the Six Sigma methodology is rapidly spreading world-wide. Often this is driven by large international organizations, including several Weston Aerospace customers.

Motorola, Xerox, TRW Lucas Aerospace, Sony, Invensys and American Express are all world class companies using Six Sigma to great effect.

In particular, GEAE (another Weston Aerospace customer) is strategically committed to Six Sigma and was the catalyst for the training of Six Sigma Black Belts within Weston’s manufacturing engineering department. In the words of Jack Welch, former Chairman of GE: “Six Sigma – the most important initiative ever undertaken by General Electric” – “Everybody who touches it wins.”
